Shipping Policy

Aurora Skyn currently ships to all U.S. territories & Canada. Domestic Packages are shipped via FedEx, USPS & UPS. Alaska, Hawaii, P.O./APO/FPO addresses are shipped via USPS.

Shipping Time

The normal processing time for orders is 72 hours during business days (Monday - Friday). After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is 4-7 business days. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches and restocks, this time may vary. 

Domestic

  • Standard - 7-10 Business Days
  • Ground – 3-5 Business Days

Order Tracking

Orders can be tracked via Shop Pay app and with tracking information sent e-mail.

Notices

Aurora Skyn is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States. Packages undeliverable by FedEx, USPS, DHL and/or their international shipping partners will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.
